Our beer is crafted in Bryson City, NC (about an hour west of Asheville) with water that flows from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. It's many creeks and streams that from from the Deep Creek Watershed provides the liquid life source that our small appalachian town taps to provide our water. It's very pure, untouched by development and so soft that the minerals and man-made contaminates that are normally abundant in municipal water sources are so small that they can't be measured by modern technology. That means that every brew-day our main ingredient is some of the purest water on the planet.
That which we consume should fill our belly's and our souls. Much like the brews we craft, the meals we create an simple, pure and tasteful. With ingredients that are the best quality available and preparation that is home-grown. No freezers. No microwaves. Just savory dishes made to order. We take pride in preparing our fare and we draw inspiration from around the world that compliments our southern veggies, meats and treats. All focused on enhancing the Nantahala experience and complimenting our brews while enjoying the comfort of our food.
The Nantahala guest experience extends beyond the beers we brew. Sports, Games and Live Music are staples at all of our taprooms. We support sports viewing year around, but when the temps start to drop and football kicks off, our taprooms transform into sports bars with plenty of TVs in arrays for optimum viewing of all the games and the NFL Ticket so you can support your team on Sunday. Each of our taprooms include board games, video game console(s) bar games for the big and little kids in all of us. And live, local and independent music has been the catalyst for dates nights on the weekends since 2012.
